Our GP’s can issue you same-day sick notes. Please note we do not write private sick notes for longer than 14-days at a time and GP’s are unable to back-date the notes. You will require a GP consultation in in order to assess for a sick note.
You may require a note for fitness to work which we can also provide upon consultation.
Regency Medical is a private GP Service and does not provide NHS Med3 sick notes. These are available from your NHS GP only.

£35 (in addition to GP consultation fee)
